There is a myth about knowledge. Growing up we were taught that knowledge is power, but what if that’s only one part of the equation?

In this Powerbomb, Joe Cala shares the missing piece which turns myth into reality.

Noteworthy Topics from this Episode:

23 – What gets you out of bed in the morning? What is your purpose?
57 – Why do we look at ourselves in such negative terms, more than we look at ourselves in positive terms?
52 – The purpose and the reason why we die on this earth is the result and the wage of sin. The scripture tells us that the wages of sin is death.
56 – A sinner sins because it’s the nature of a sinner.
09 – God sent a saviour to redeem us from our nature of sin so that nature can be corrected.
41 – When you start thinking about the heart of a man or the heart of a person, that’s really the steering wheel. It is what guides us.
58 – What we allow to come into our heart is what we use to set the boundaries and borders of our life.
27 – Why do we gravitate to the negative so many times? It’s based off of whether or not we allow our hearts to be filled full of the negative or if we allow our hearts to be full of the positive.
44 – All of humanity does have that need of a savior, whether you believe it or not, but it’s still true. Let people at least understand that we all have this void in our heart.
47 – God will always give people a chance to see the answers.
14 – Jesus Christ took himself the payment of that sin. He took it upon himself and paid it, even though he didn’t owe it, for all of us.
16 – For God so loved the world that he gave his only son, that whoever believes in him will not perish, but have everlasting life or internal life.
50 – The Bible says to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
40 – What’s the difference between just kind of believing Christ and then believing in Christ?
34 – Faith without work is dead.
45 – Talk to people to get things resolved.
02 – Have faith and a belief system for what you are doing is what you should be doing. If you don’t believe in anything, if you don’t believe in the product, if you don’t believe in the service, you don’t believe in a dealership, you don’t believe in what you’re doing there then you can effectively with passion, sell it and convince somebody to take ownership of it.
13 – Faith is developed by knowledge. The more knowledge you give somebody the more they can have faith to believe in it. People fail because of the lack of knowledge many times.
39 – The more you know, the more confidence you have. The training that we provide is only simply allowing us to speak knowledge about specific areas of focus into the people who are students, who listen.
23 – We have forgotten how it feels to know we don’t know how to do something. A lot of people just hold themselves from failing, not realizing how necessary failure is to them succeeding.
30 – We have to act on that knowledge and through experience and training that allows us to have an effect in what we do in business.
53 – Have access to watch something that provides training on a daily basis.
18 – How to identify training your store will need? Find what fits sometimes by finding what doesn’t fit.
26 – The leader needs to actually have a pulse on the culture.
06 – The vetting process is the key to allowing that new training to be a part of the company and culture. You want to make sure you protect the culture and the influence of that culture by new training.
00 – What is the best way to take away so much focus on the things so that you can focus on what truly matters.

Believe in What You Do.

Joe says you need to truly have faith and believe in what you do. Believe in your product, service, company, employees, mission. Belief and faith without work, however, will not get you to success. You need to put in the work, gain knowledge to be able to serve on the highest level. The more knowledge you gain, the more confidence you will have in your ability and quicker you will reach your goals.
